I don't think Sylar has to die. This new head honcho can convince him that he'll never be strong enough to defeat all of the heroes while they band together like they did. So maybe a league of villains will form next season to combat them.
He should have just zipped in when Sylar had Peter on the ropes and stabbed him immediatly. No time to scream and a genuine shock. Up until that point I had actually forgotten about Hiro's prophecy. I wonder how Hiro and Nathan knew exactly where Peter was.Hiro. why of why must you yell/speak out whenever you try to fight Sylar? just stab him. Jesus. I know it would be anti-climactic for the show to end logically like that, just the guy has had multiple times to end Sylar without him even seeing it coming. How Sylar didnt just grab Hiros dumb sword this time again is beyond me. What should have happened, if I was writing this, is have Sylar keep some of those spare bullets from Parkmans gun, and when Hiro shows up, Sylar tosses them at him. Hiros disappears and reappears behind Sylar with his sword in his gut.Do these writers have no imagination?
He thought Hiro needed the sword to work his mojo. He didn't realize his father taught him that the sword was just apart of his overall learning journey. And I don't think he looked surprised. I think he looked kind of amazed at Hiro's personality transformation.
10 bucks says Hiro's dad is somehow back in fuedal Japan.
