3 things I didn't understand about the season finale

1. Peter can fly, so why did Nathan take him?

2. Peter can regernate, so if they shot him he wouldn't have died.

3. If people think that if they shot him he would have blown up then why didn't just knock him out like they did with Ted... Then he would have just stopped.

Number 1 can't bet true... He can use Claire's power and that invisible guy's power at the same time. Remember when Sylar got him with the glass.

Claires' is more like a latent power i would guess it doesn't take concentration...Like its always on.
