My Mom is a doctor, my uncle is a transportation supervisor at ODOT, my other aunt was an engineer at Philips, and then there's uncle Jack, who left home at 16, and ended up in Alabama working in a mine or something, idiot.

Damn. I didn't realize how fortunate I am. My paternal grandfather was an engineer for Westinghouse. My maternal grandfather was a doctor. My dad's a VP for an insurance company. I have an uncle who went to Penn is now an editor for a newspaper in Connecticut. My aunt managed to marry a VP for Westinghouse. There is one useless uncle in there, who has been in and out of jail, but it seems every family has at least one fuck up.

My father (this is his fam) grew up in NYC, and I've never met most of the family, met my grandmother 3 or 4 times, and met some cousins once. I guess that makes me inbred.
