Retail X360s will play XBLA games off of a DVD-R.
It's still just the demo though (unless your XBL account has the license for that game).

I think the XBLM is going a bit haywire. I just saw a banner for UMK3... but there's nothing to download.
The PSU beta being reavailable is really weird, considering that it ended this morning. :x (Another weird thing is that the PSU monthly fee is the only thing on the entire marketplace that is in US dollars, not MS points.)

It just popped up under new releases for me. At first I couldn't download it but now I can. The tony hawk demo is there too. Twice.
Edit: Nevermind. Stops at 99% and "Can't download".
