Originally I was going to have the last frame showing Pintsize off frame, AND Martens head cut clean off. i.e. Pintsize cut his head off and took it with him after the neck broke...

But I thought that was a little too disturbing even for me.

I make it a personal mission to kill the characters when I guest comic and make the strip as far away from the "official cannon" as possible.

It's the hatemail and inflammatory forum postings that make it all worth while. =D

The first QC guest strip I did got a lot of hatemail, not so much with this one though...
