I go to archive.org every day. I absolutely love that place. It's fun to see what the websites started out as, and how they evolved over time.
I don't give a shit about mcdonalds.com![]()
I remember that useless internet.
Now the internet is slightly more useful. Also not shitty-looking.
I remember the 90s of webdom. I remember those BBS reply boards. GameFan had one before they had chat. Also remember how fan sites were all horrible colors that clashed and were hard to read. And people loved the fire.gif.
Speaking of Gamefan, I remember it being ahead of the game by a bit. They were one of the first sites to pretty well organized.
I also remember ICQ and how a lot of people locally used AOL because they didn't know you could use chatrooms for free with mirc.

The lego site looked sweet.
I hope that's not your webpage. The Cheats exploits are worth some chuckles. It reminds me of one of those plastic figurines they gave away in the 80s with an Arby Kids meal when they still sold Kids meals. Apparently, only Arbys doesn't serve children, because I haven't noticed a kid's meal on the menu for awhile.Originally Posted by ChaoofNee
What do I know? I haven't done webpages since that time, and probably couldn't do one any better than that.
You don't have to be smart; you don't have to know the facts, you just have to be confident.
