    Asking price is between 500-600.

    Thinking really hard on this.
I'd offer him about 250 for it on account of it being so mangled, just to see if he bites. I couldn't see paying much more for something messed up like that, original hardware or no.

The studio looks really great, guys. The live space is especially sweet. That's definitely a space where I would want to see/play a show.

lol, there is no way the guy will take 250. The pick ups are worth more than that. It is a 60s period mosrite that is playable. Yeah, its damaged, but a good one goes between 2000-5000

  4. Has anyone ever heard/seen an Acoustic Black Widow. They're made by Acoustic, the old amp maker, one of two instruments made by Acoustic. I guess the last few hundred or so were made by Mosrite. There's one on ebay right now for 800 or so but I don't know whether it's one of the American or Japanese.

  5. It sure looks sweet. But all I really know about guitars is that I like SG's.

  6. I just got all of the waves stuff working on my protools, i don't even know what to do with all of it.
    Check out Mr. Businessman
He bought some wild, wild life
On the way to the stock exchange
He got some wild, wild life

Pitch it out the window and go 2 track analog. Start fights with random people. Break hearts. Be remembered.

  8. also: drugs

  9. I have a little bass amp that's kind of old, and the input has gotten increasingly finicky over time. Before I had to wiggle it around a bit before any sound would come out, and now it seems pretty much dead. If I pull the chord all the way behind the amp at just the right angle, I get some sound just for a bit.

I opened the amp up just for fun, thought maybe I could see a problem, but I have no idea. But I thought I remembered hearing some dude at a guitar shop saying that this was a common problem. Any ideas on what I could do to try to fix it?

I'll see if I can't take some pictures later.

  10. Replace the input jack. Should be quick, easy and cheap. If you can solder. If you can't it may take longer, be more difficult and/or cost more.
