Chrome hounds seemed decent enough to me, I liked the more tactical approach the game made you take. But it is really slow and plodding, I know there huge and would in realy life crawl as such but for the love of god speed it up in a game.

Have any of you played it online or are you just judging it from the demo?

I'm judging it by how fucking horrible it looks and how bad everyone says it is. You are literally the first person I have ever heard say anything positive about it. Keep in mind I have a ton of friends who played that POS expecting somethign good.

I don't know about Haomaru but I do know that Yoshi and Opaque played through King Kong so there is obviously a difference in taste going on here.

King Kong was fucking horrible. I played it because for 2.99 and about three hours of my time I was able to get 1,000 achievement points.

Despite that, everyone should give CH a chance. I couldn't find a really good montage but this night time one will have to to, besides, Helmet is atleast decent.

Everything I've read on CH says it really shines on Live. It's a really niche title though.

That's the important part to remember.

Every game that's ever come out is someone's favorite game. That doesn't make it good, that just means it's perfect for some people. CH is perfect for a very small group though, and since majority rules, that means it's still crap.

dunno, but who knew plasmas would have burn-in issues before they were introduced? and who knew LCDs would ghost like hell before they were introduced? SED just might have it's disadvantages, and like Plasmas/LCDs, it'll take time to mature and maintain stability.
