I got an invite last night but declined - I totally don't even know how to play Texas Hold'em. Is there a good site to learn how to play?

I don't know of any, but what you could do is read the "How to Play" instructions in the game and play the cheap tables single-player to get accustomed to the game mechanics. I never played Texas Hold 'em before (although I did see a World Series of Poker marathon a few years ago), and that's how I got the hang of the game.
