Apparently the PS3 version doesn't allow custom soundtracks, so you'll have no choice but to play to Yellowcard and Avenged Sevenfold or whoever the hell.

lol. Who doesn't immediately turn off the soundtrack and announcer in every Burnout game? (Well, actually, me in Revenge, as there were a few good songs among the forty or so.)

Just leave the sound effects up, and play your own music through your stereo. Much less hassle than dealing with custom soundtracks.

My PC is already hooked up to my home network. All I have to do is press the guide button on the 360 and pick which album I want. Ta-da, done. I can't do a custom songlist like that (unless I prep one ahead of time on my PC which I've never bothered with) but it's very simple otherwise.

SWG had excellent music, and WoW I never played long enough in one stint to tire too much of the music. I can see where you're coming from though.

I buy all my stuff on CD too, but I rip it all to the PC immediately. I've done the streaming thing to the 360 and PS3, just not during gameplay. To each his own.

Same. I don't like purchasing MP3s due to the copy protection bullshit some places like to hand out, but that format is primarily how I listen to music.

Custom music is a god send. Racing games especially, put on the jams you love and you play better. Scientific fact.
