I know this is old, but... I think the problem is that Japanese guys like their girls being sucky in bed, so that they can feel superior. Get a Japanese girl and get her convinced that it's actually cool to have a girl who enjoys sex and that it's okay, and the results will improve. So, don't write off all of the poor J-girls just yet. The problem with that is I actually have to put the time and effort into dating them, and convincing them over time.

But yeah, it seems like J-guys like girls that just kind of lay there and make vaguely crying like noises... it's pretty disturbing.

It's more like that J-guys in general do not care about the girl and usually are done very quickly. I've had all flavors here (schoolgirl, housewife, gal, etc) and actually the ones you think would be good (ie gal) are the worst (unless they are prostitutes, which many cute girls in central Tokyo are).

That said, the whole J/Asian-fetish is not pretty, there are plenty of other good fish out there.

I did about 90% of my playing in Shibuya. It was never the highest level, but I'd say it's been consistently top of middle teir. I went back for work last month, and the same people were there. Same names, etc. etc. While not "famous players", I've got a few mates that can hold their own against those guys. Gama being one (Vanessa). There's a couple of high school students I know that'll consistently sit down and kick the shit out of everyone as well. O_O

As for VF5 being crap... well... I would definitely beg to differ. As for it being an updated VF4, yes, there's a lot of truth in that. But did we really need a revamped fighting engine? I mean who wants to relearn all that shit? I definitely don't. Not to mention it's still leaps and bounds above any other 3D fighting game. (DISCLAIMER: I think most 3D fighting games suck ass).

Gama is pretty good in 5 (a lot to do with how good Vanessa is now). I was around 73% mainly playing in Nishispo with Meishou rank, don't play much 5 these days as we're all waiting for the new version.

The reason I think 5 is crap is that since it is 4 and there are no big changes system-wise, why did we need it? It's nothing more than a broken FT right now that looks prettier and has new moves/characters. It could just be called FT2.
