It really bummed me out when those rumors of Vin Diesel as the Silver Surfer turned out to be untrue.

I used to read/collect Silver Surfer.... I never knew that it came from FF. I would watch this movie if it does SS justice (and depending on who is cast to the role).

I hope Wiki is wrong too... I always was torn because finding it funny, and also finding it annoyingly retarded (ie, I was pissed when watching it as a kid that it didn't have the Human Torch).

It's rumored that Doug Jones (Abe Sapien from Hellboy) is going to be the Silver Surfer.
