Thread: The Nintendo Wii international press conferences thread

  1. The latest update states that all first party games and a majority of third party titles will be designed to support widescreen and 480p.

Also of interest, the Gamecube version of Zelda has been pushed back to December 11th, probably in an effort to get people desperate for their new Zelda an excuse to get the Wii.

Get a PC or laptop with a video card with s-video out and go to town. It looks great.

  3. 480p lawlzorz

Meh. I'll get a Wii next year probably.

  4. 1 color? Gay.

Is the launch game list official yet?

  6. When is the first pricedrop expected? I really wanted MP3 as a launchgame.

heh. What I meant was; I'm hoping for some bundle or pack-in deal in the near future. I will have to look into if EBgames can move my preorder until such a deal exists. Else I'll just go for that Trauma Center game.

  9. No orders from GS or EB as of yet...just games still...

LOL. For a split second, I thought Twilight Princess was pushed back to December, but it's only for the Gamecube version. Damn, talking about kicking Gamecube owners in the teeth.
