Day one here as well. I've always been interested in the Wii, but maybe it's just the pre launch hype, or my extreme dissapointment with the PS3, but I can't wait for the Wii now. It actually has some original content, unlike the PS3, and I have high hopes of the VC.

Why is "Depends on the launch games" an option. Don't we know the launch games?

This is TNL hive mind ignorance at its finest. Please, enlighten us as to how the Wii has more original content than the PS3.

From where I'm sitting, it looks like this:

Zelda, which will be better on GameCube
Red Steel, which won't be as good as Resistence on PS3
Excite Truck, which won't be as good as Ridge Racer 7 on PS3
Trauma Center, which I couldn't possibly be less interested in
Monkey Ball, which makes me take back what I said about Trauma Center. I could be less interested.

Everything else will suck or will be a multi-platform title.

I should have said "Quality of the launch games." If Red Steel, Rayman and Sonic come out with pretty good reviews I'll bite.

It works the other way around too. Some people with others hanging from their nutsacks wail and cry, and others follow suit. There's 10x more complaining in the wii threads combined than anything else.
