Just watched Dark Knight. Wasn't bad. Lots edited out and shuffled around, of course. All the Miller voice overs and whatnot were gone, and the Joker just shows up for a couple brief appearances. New dialogues in some scenes, and there was an all new scene involving the general who is selling guns to the Mutants. That was just one aftermath panel in the comic. Doesn't hold back on the violence, bloodshed and such. The Mutant Leader fight, especially. No 'Balls nasty' either.

I hated the voices for the most part. Some (like Bats and Gordon) were just miscast, but the mutants trying to make their way through whatever awkward future slang was pretty painful to listen to.

I'll still watch Part 2.

Gordon makes me want to shoot myself. Bats sounds good enough, old etc.

The score to this movie is FANTASTIC. Really, really impressive. Perfect 80's movie soundtrack.

I just watched 1 and 2 back to back. It is hands down my favorite form of Batman movie, period.
