its not a stereotype. All animals have subconscious reactions to colors. There is a very good reason for using the same colors of a hornet’s ass when making warning signs. Its becuase all animals react to that color pattern and realize it means danger. The same goes for all colors.

Black shirts are safe, lazy and uncreative apparel. I'm not really sure why people get in to a black phase. There's no stereotype against it unless you're wearing full black outfits all the time without cutting it with some vibrant colour.

Anyway, I'm going to take my own advice and stop giving out fashion advice.

I like my tees dark. It's easier to dress that way, too. I do own a few shirts that aren't black but not many.

I used to be like you. All of my shirts were a size too big and black or navy blue. Then one day I realized that I didn't want to look like a schmo constantly and started to wear a variety of colors in a size that actually fit. I mean, I have plain black shirts that I wear but I usually accent them with a jacket or something.

lol a schmo? I guess. I just find cheap band shirts that I like to wear. It's not that bad and the only times I'm in all black are when I have my black sweats on or a pair of black jeans I haven't worn in two years. Every other time I have pants that are bright enough to avoid being that guy as many here on TNL like to say.
