If I can select the original GG characters and can perform Dash Modifying I'm so in.
I'm a bit late on this one, but you can tech throws from what i hear, the thing is, after you break a throw, you are vunerable in situations. I don't have a ps2 so can't verify this.
Just got sent this, kinda neat top level stuff of the game after its been broken in by the japanese. Pretty much makes anyone want to play it.

Prior GG games ran at 30? My mind is blown. How many 2D fighters run at 30?Graphically, the game appears as if it might have been bumped to 60fps.
Apparently this thing is full of bugs that weren't in the arcade version.

Should have released it on Dreamcast.
That sort of thing happens when your two main characters are flaming for each other and you've got Japanese/F-Chan fans.Originally Posted by Jetman
Kinda shitty, why would they suddenly have a problem porting at this point?Originally Posted by Babelfish
Regardless, after spending a few minutes with it I love it so far. The new moves and dust commands are great, at least until I finally get to test stuff out with someone else. Stages are cool too, I like Dizzy's a lot more now.
AC colors are awesome, it seems everyone now has an undead scheme.
Does anyone know how to get this into progressive scan mode? The X + Triangle trick isn't working for me- and it doesn't even appear in the manual...
It's still X + Triangle. Do it again, this time with feeling.
