Before anyone buys a WRX they should have to sign binding legal documents that they will not add a huge wing, put yellow laminex on the lights, or add a fart can exhaust.

I have yet to see a Mazdaspeed3, but I see pleeeeeeenty of standard 3s.

BTW, I love the WRX I've been on Subaru's nuts since Gran Turismo (1). Just wish they'd go back to making Imprezas attractive.

Didn't really lose any money on the deal either. It's got double the horsepower and 150lbs lighter, so it's much faster and holy hell it's a blast. But at the same time it's considered to be an intermediate bike and is not a 100% pure crotch rocket (most notable, the riding position is more upright) and it's rather forgiving.

Oh it's fuel injected too, which is rare for bikes at this price point. But since Kawasaki just introduced this model last year, it's got some nice bonuses.

Would have preferred Kerkorian got them, but he was short by about 2 Billion. The worry with Cerberus is they're going to want immediate profitablilty and slash and burn Chrysler Corporation LLC (they're back!) into a smaller company. Either way, it could have been much worse. All the more proof that the BS "merger" SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN APPROVED.

For those who may not remember, I wrecked my Miata at Deals Gap a few weeks ago. It still needs body work, but I fixed the messed up suspension parts and drove it for the first time last weekend

Thats what I like about owning a non WRX Impreza. You see the WRX everywhere but I have yet to see a normal stock Impreza since owning one.

The resale value is pretty good on them too, and I personally like the notch in the middle of the hood rather than a scoop. *-neo
