What's wrong with Sonic Mega Collection+ and Sonic Gems?

They're ROMs and ISOs with emulators attached. Sonic Jam took the Genesis Sonic games and reprogrammed them for the Saturn. They played far smoother than the recent collections, and they even added in togglable options like added difficulties and the aforementioned spin dash in Sonic 1.

...not to mention the extra shit: the art, the movies, the pointless "Sonic World."

Some of those kids might be happy when grandma buys them Sonic, and won't care that it's not on DS with 20 other games that are the same, since that would kind of defeat the purpose of releasing it to the GBA audience.

For the rest of you, you already own 5 versions of this game. What the hell do you care? GAH I'M OFFENDED!

When did I ever say "THIS WILL NEVER SELL" or "THE KIDS WON'T LIKE IT! NO, NO!"?
I think it could've been released a tad shinier with a bit more features. Of course, this could all be quelled with a re-release of Sonic Jam. It's really not that hard. We're all just slightly tired of seeing Sega being lazy handling what once got them such a large following in the first place.

I mean, come on, remember Smash Pack on the Dreamcast?

Best sonic compilation ever, the abilty to save anywhere automatically makes it better than the rest. People bitch that there was no sonic CD, but that's another games that got really overblown.

This looks exactly like the rayman game for the GBA. As much as I love rayman I couldn't even play the game because they tried to keep the sprites the same size. And you could never see what you were doing, still pretty though.

I think this game is a waste of everything, being from development resources, to consumer dollars which could've been spent towards a better version of the game (or collection for that matter).
