Yes, but he has filthy money to throw around, so it is a bit odd that he is renting instead of buying a tux. It's not like he can't just buy another one if he does drop another 30lbs or whatever, or get it taken it.

The party was on extremely short notice, my plan was to buy a suit but due the an accounting error my checking account was running a bit low. I did want to risk blowing the money on a suit when there is anime and video games to buy

I'll buy a nice suit in a few more months.
