I'm with you there. I just can't be bothered. The only reason I would like to play ranked matches is because I would like some of the achievements. I couldn't care less about my ranking or playing against unknown people.

I think Seven Force (if that was Seven Force from here) single handedly killed my roommates urge to play Multiplayer Gears last night. It was me and Jurad's first time on Multi and my roommate got Frag Tagged over and over again. Hell even I did more than a couple of times.
It seems like there should be a delay or something on doing that or some penalty instead of just I touched you = dead. How do you guys fight against that? Just jump around like a madman?

But, yeah my roomie was drunk and bitching and so I apologize if he pissed any of you guys off. I play for fun. Even though I yell "Bullshit!!" every time I die, Im having fun

When someone tags you, jump towards them so you kill the both of you. That seems to be the ongoing strategy at this time.

But they still get the kill when that goes down though,right? So there is no good defense against it besides take them out with you? Except to just keep backing your ass up and hope you shoot them down first? Which a lot of times wont be an option in a game with cramped levels and hiding behind walls.

The shotgun is the great equalizer. A direct hit with the shotty will disintegrate someone. Getting frag tagged really isn't any different than getting chainsawed...you let them get too close. At least when you're tagged you have a chance to get them back. Plus you could take down more than one person with you if the situation presents itself.

It's the greatest seeing someone get blown up though, it looks awesome and the sound is just the topper.

I'll be on around 11pm. Might play Tony Hawk for a bit first, not sure. If anyone wants to co-op on on Act 3 Hardcore.
