I'll take that as a compliment coming from you. I'm glad I don't get that "it".

  2. You have to remember this is Bush's ideology we're talking about here, not america's.
"Your soul better belong to Jesus, mmm-mmmmm..... cause your ass belongs to me!"

  3. I've never EVER agreed so strongly with Yoshi as I do now. I think this entire ordeal has to be stomped out of existence and the books carrying the information be burned.

What makes my stance funnier is I'm applying for the Peace Corps. ;x

Actually it's the terrorists' we're talking about.

  5. You never addressed the veracity of his statement about torture being a bad interrogation technique. You just restated that you'd like it used. It's like you don't even care about the truth. Willfully ignorant people are lower on the evolutionary ladder than gays and druggies you know...
    Boo, Hiss.

  6. Gays are low on the evolutionary ladder? For why?

I already addressed this. If torture is ineffective, then we shouldn't take prisoners. They are a waste of money if they don't provide information.

  9. Don't start this shit Razor. Don't start it!

If torture could give you reliable info I might be behind Bush on this, but as said before it doesn't, so why bother killing our image.

As you pointed out with a surprising lucidity, terrorists are not a sovereign nation. As such, there is no central organization to topple, no possible regime to eliminate, and no limit to how many people can be a member of said group. "Kill 'em all" is, in short, a terrible strategy without any plans to prevent new ones from popping up, and openly using and admitting to torture is pretty much the worst way to go about this.

I guess it depends on whether your goal is to fight some terrorists, or to try and do something about terrorism.
