For fuck's sake, was it completely necessary to post 52 freaking images?

I might have.
Looks like a $8 XBLA game.
Here's why I <3 MS...two new rules for DLC/achievements (well, one is a rule, the other is a meh):
No more charging for downloadable content that gives players a competitive edge in multiplayer. If it helps you in MP, it's got to be free on the disc. This one's a rule - break it and it's off to the gulag.
It seems people are unhappy with multiplayer achievements, in particular those based on ranked play. Developers will now be encouraged against such measures, however this remains at their discretion.
I wish number two was a rule too. I wonder if things like Chromehounds parts are OK as long as they are properly balanced

The first rule is way too vague. I'm guessing it's meant to outlaw stuff like the Max Stats cheat in Tiger Woods, but what about extra content that may or may not give players an inherent advantage? Like the Collector's Edition package in NFS:Carbon and the car packs in PGR3 supply some of the top cars in certain classes in their respective classes. Does that make them against the rules now?
As for the latter, I think online achievements can work, it's just that some developers have really fucked up their implementation. Ranked-only achievements need to go, though -- people are going to game them, and they are going to get gamed regardless of the play mode.
so you cant set up games in Tiger based off of players who dont have max stats? if not maybe they should put tigher filters on matchmaking first.
Is anyone using their 360 as a media player, streaming files from their PC to their TV? I've come across two programs that should work without restraint, as in whatever format I want not whatever format Microsoft wants to shove down my throat. One is Encoder 360, but that only works if you have Windows Media Center Edition (which I do, but my brother doesn't). The other is TVersity, which works around the whole Media Center tie in on the 360, but is proving difficult to get operational. Both of these claim to encode Xvid and Divx files, along with avi etc. I managed to get Encoder360 working quite easily, but it would be helpful if I could get the other working so my brother can get the most out of his 360 as well. Any one have any experience using these programs, or others I'm not aware of?
i've used WinAVI to convert shit to WMV. Takes my computer awhile to do it, but I don't do it that much and it works, so it's alright.
My computer will be about 3 feet away from my computer. I don't need to stream shit. =D
