we never got to combine class grades into averages at my school - fuck, i would've been all over that shit
Agreed. Fuck off.
A B C D and a one credit A.
Should be A A B D but I got fucked over hard in the class with the C on not being allowed to turn in an assignment late despite it being literally impossible for me to have it in on time, and she knew that and still told me no late papers.
My D will also turn to an average between A and D over the winter... so ~ 2.96
apparently 3.4's aren't good enough for some people!
Out of curiosity, has anyone else in here ever taken a music theory class at the college level? I took one this semester after having zero musical training since elementary school and would be happy to end up with a C in my intro-level class. Hell, I'd probably have no shot at a C if forty percent of the class' grade wasn't coming from weekly "ear training" sessions where we practice sight-singing, melodic dictation, error detection, chord identification, etc.
Those grades are fine and in a few years they won't matter.
If I get B's in my classes I'm happy, partly because I put in just the right amount of work to usually pull of a B, and because if you get a B in engineering it means you worked for it. I'd say that A's are practically impossible.
Well that's like, your opinion, man.
I'm starting on a final paper that's due in three hours.
Hooray, beer.
