If "moe" means "rife with infectious music," I agree! The main theme has been stuck in my head since February. I fear it will someday drive me to madness as "I Never Felt Like..." did to Finch.
The soundtrack is pretty good, especially enjoy the thrash metal from Speed Buster's stage and that little salsa jingle during side jobs.
I rented it and got to the #3 spot (before getting the last sword), it was pretty awesome, I should rent it again and finally beat it.

Bad Girl is a horrible bitch with a lifebar that's way too big.
This game has one of the most satisfying final battles with rewarding ending I've experienced in years.
So, it's worth all of this frustration?
