Oh, and they always included that with rentals.
My sister and I rented the game at a similar age and couldn't figure out a damn thing either. Having watched that video, I'm not convinced that I actually missed out on anything.
Ghostbusters wasn't complicated to learn how to play if you were old enough. I never had the instructions. The C64 version and other computer ports were awesome at the time, and I enjoyed the SMS remake a few years later(although I was disappointed with the sound). The NES version was pure trash so it's a shame a lot of people only played that one.

I know those stickers on the N64 came with with an issue of Nintendo Power but the placement is the exact same of my old N64.

I had the C64 version when I was a kid. It's hilarious now to remember how totally blown away me and all my friends were by digitized voices in videogames back then. I would restart the game over and over just to hear "GhoooostBusters!"
