going to the blackhawks/bruins game on the 29th (my birthday). flying out of my town, to detroit then to chi-town. then leaving saturday morning. we'll have a good chunk of the day available before and after the game. staying at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers at 301 Noth Water Street. my bro for sure wants to get some pizza. seeing we only have a day (few hours really) what do we want to hit up for some good food and possibly some drinky.

I am of the opinion that Chicago sucks ass, mostly because of the O'hare airport. However, I would suggest the bar in the 95th floor I think the Hitchcock building (I'm sure that is not the actual name) it's pretty sweet.

Anyway there's pizza and other food and bars everywhere from the Loop and outward, it all depends how adventurous you feel - and on how much money you want to spend. Some say Uno's is a tourist trap but I like it fine.

Shit man, I'd tell anyone to go to Uno's if I knew there was one near them. It was my favorite restaurant in Orlando when I lived there. I've been to Chicago and had lots of pizza. I think, for my money, Uno's is king.

For pizza, I'd grab some Gino's East or Lou Malnati's. If you want some more upscale dining, you will have to be more specific.

For drinks, it depends on if you're a bar guy or a club guy. I'm a club guy, but I've been to more than enough bars to opine.
