Burning Rangers looks completely awful now. I popped it in a few months ago and it was just difficult to make things out. It's still somewhat playable but I'd rather spend my time with games that I can actually tell what's going on on-screen. The lack of dual-analog also hurts it a lot when compared to today's 3D games.

I can't sit through BD either. I like the game (conceptually), but it is a giant graphics glitchfest and I hate going through that initial training since my memory cart always erases all my saves.

How in damn hell did you pass all the stages without dying?? I think some of those vehicle stages border on mega cheap. The companion AI is pretty brutal sometimes too with all the stormtroopers shooting me and just ignoring the AI dudes. Pretty annoying sometimes. Meh.. I guess I just don't have the force.

Yea, I put on a few saturn games for the hell of it and almost every single 3D game looks like utter garbage now. The 2.5D stuff (whatever you call them) like Clockwork Knight, that Psychic Warrior Taromaru game (forgot the name)..etc.. still look fine though.

Man, how the hell did you manage to beat the flying levels without dying?

Well, at the same time you beat Double Dragon without dying... which I think is borderline impossible.

You sir, are a slayer of games.

The elbow makes you almost unstoppable.

Looks nice but by the last level the game play is so fucking tired. 5/10
All the achievements are all fetch quest shit BTW. I missed so many because I just didnt care. The game would hose you sometimes too by not allowing you to go back and look for shit. For instance there may be two ways to go. You pick one way and its a cinema and then you cant go back and check the other way. LAME. The game really isnt worth playing IMO.

The elbow (A+B) is a fairly powerful move that knocks any enemy down with one blow. You can use it over and over to get through the game. As long as you're good about not getting trapped by enemies, you'll be able to beat it without dying.

  9. Finished Earth Defense Force 2017 on Easy, Normal and Hard. I don't think I can do Hardest alone, some of the stages are just too insane.

  10. Finished Crackdown. I'm wondering why it took me so long to get started at this game, it's a lot of fun.
