That's not right. I've had four iPods of various types since they came out, and they all charge to 75% in like an hour (like all MP3 players or laptops), finish charging in three hours max, and play for at least 20 hours. I go weeks without charging them and they're fine.

Are you sure you don't have some piece of shit machine that still only has USB 1.1 instead of USB 2?

I built this PC myself, I know what it has. It just won't hold a charge and Radioshack refused to take it back so I have to go get it exchanged at the Apple Store tomorrow. I had to make a fucking appointment, what kind of pretentious shit is that? It's an electronics store not a rub and tug.

If you're buying Apple products at all, it's a good thing to know. They tend to have minor breakdowns a lot more often than I remember in the past, but the Apple stores generally do a good job of taking care of the problem. Aside from my laptop issues this time around, I always had great luck with them for iPod issues. Usually it's walk in, get it replaced, walk out for me.

People fail to show for appointments pretty often, so if you show up early you might get lucky. I always got bumped up.

I felt some big-tittied server was going to come out and give me a Manhattan the entire time I was at the Apple Store. It's a shame the store looks more posh than the majority of bars I frequent.
