hellraiser 1 and 2 were fucking awesome, the rest were garbage. i was like, 10 years old when the 3rd one came out and even then i thought the cenobite who shot compact discs from his head was the most retarded shit ever.

thankfully clive barker had nothing to do with 3,4,5,6,7,8 etc.

instead of remaking a classic, how bout he works on the Damnation Game, the movie which was supposedly in production on and off for the past 10 years.

What was wrong with the original Hell raiser? unoriginal bastards. I actually just ripped the Halloween remake and will watch it even though the original was fine as it was... I'm contributing to the madness.

The ending has held up really, really poorly. They had no money left and Barker was pretty much drawing those neon lines on the cells at 3am at a friends house.
