Got the first season Saturday and finished it up yesterday, finally. I had only seen half of the season around Christmas. Fucking outstanding. Season 2 starts up this coming Sunday. I need to try to get cable before then.

I watched the first two episodes. They were pretty good.

I didn't like Dexter pretending to be an addict to Rita. "How do you know how much heroin it takes to cause an OD?" "I dunno, bitch, maybe cause I work in forensics?"

I also thought since I first watched the show that he could have come up with better ways to dispose of the bodies (personally I like hog farm or chipper/shredder into a fast moving river, although that second could prove problematic to do over and over again for a serial killer). It's good to see that come back to bite him. Also him mining the weird Asian dude for better ways to do it was funny.

I saw the whole first season on DVD last week in about 3 days time no less. Very good show, I can't wait for season 2 to come out since I don't have Showtime.
