The second Masked Intruder is really good. It might even be the Pinkerton to their Blue Album.

I'm not a devious man by nature... but when you're unarmed, your tactics might gonna be downright Archimedean.
I like it.
In other news, MJ Fox directed a music video for ISIS.

One could argue that for most country and blues.
I've heard that a major appeal of blues music at its development was that people could use it to share feelings and topics that would receive public shunning if talked about openly. That the blues was not only about the oppression of man as an individual or social standing, but also oppression via gender and moral expectations.
Or maybe you have the misconception that you wouldn't have been shunned if you cried publicly in 1949?
Unrelated/related - people speak of rock being dead, but country and the blues are probably the most dead. Neither are a voice for the oppressed. Its almost 99.99% people copying their heroes.
Though, admittedly, maybe so and so should be ashamed that she finds his tractor sexy.
I felt Transgender Dysphoria Blues was perfect. It was supposed to be Punk Rock, too.

you joke, but that should be a thing
Are oppressed people or social outcast currently using music as a voice?
Popular music played a big part in many previous social movements. Its almost iconic if American change. And yet you hear very little of it now with popular music.
I'm sure there are obscure examples. But there isn't a trans Elvis. She isn't being shown from the ankles down on the Late Show because she passes so well that 50 year olds are afraid men will see her and either want to be her or give up on cis women.
Shit, I'm typing that out and it looks like a joke, and yet thats what happened with Elvis. Old people were fucking scared to death of him. And he was mainstream music.
