But even if it's actual gameplay footage, no game could live up to this hype and super-extended development cycle. Anything will be a disappointment after all this time.

I didn't think anyone actually thought this would be good, since a ten year development cycle means nothing but it's failed over and over. I honestly have lower expectations for this game than any other game ever. If it's even playable I'll be really surprised.
