I played RECV recently and I don't think it has aged as well as RE2 and RE3 did, especially RE3. To have RE3 released before RECV with all of its features, makes RECV feel nothing more than a prettier version of RE2 by comparison. If it wasn't for the plot, it would've been dismissed as a side-story rather than a true sequel to RE2. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying RECV is a bad game and I still take that and RE0 over any of the Outbreaks and Gun Survivors, it's just that's it's not as good as the other games in the series.
