How about a Texas Badass. Just some bug tough grizzled guy with no martial arts. Like a Tank Abbot. He comes out swinging. Hes fat but jacked. Need inspiration go to the UFC.tv page and lookup Tank Abbot.
also just finished off what i personally think is the best "aged" sakura ever.
short hair(like normal), sports bra style spandex tanktop(w/midriff),addidas style pants(semi tight around thighs and booty),forearm/mid hand slipons(sorta like yun/yangs or the old wcw team Harlem Heat),bandanna still there, but more styliezed to her image.
first attempt at this, and it turned out REALLY well(i looked at all of your guys' versions of an aged sakura for reference points and inspiration). i even gave her the "uber cute eyes" treatment.
only question i have about this are the shoes...black addidas styled training shoes? or stupid old school chucks?

i'd also like her a bit more tanned. these uber white japanese chicks are getting way to trendy. and add the fact that her being tanned adds to her age and overall look of a "trained" fighter, more than just a wannabe. more mature-ish(is that even a word?) if you will.
Time has passed. Since the destruction of Bison, and the false sense of disbanding Shadowloo, governments have outlawed any sort of Street Fighting - random encounters or organized events. But Street Fighting still continues in the underground... The scene has even grown larger than before, with new fighters emerging always, trying to gain enough recognition to get the attention of the legends, and prove themselves to them... Even though the legends generally ignore the underground Street Fighting (Fight Club?), one young ninja gets noticed by Zangief while looking to fulfill his bloodlust at an underground gathering. The gathering is rather small - maybe ten contestants max, though there's quite a crowd. The young ninja seems to deal with the other contestants playfully, and defeats them all with cunning, speed, and strange abilities. After the event, Zangief follows the young ninja outside, to a dark ally-way. The young ninja senses Zangief before he even speaks up. As he quickly turns around, he's just in time to see Zangief's bleeding eyes and hungry hands marching at him. The young ninja quickly jumps up the wall of a small building to the top, and peers down at Zangief. Zangief bites his lip hard and laps up the flowing blood. Throwing off his cape, he beckons the young ninja to do battle. And the young ninja accepts.
Some of the crowd leaving the main event were witness to the battle between the young ninja and Zangief. At first, the young ninja toyed with Zangief the way he toyed with the others... But Zangief was no normal match. He caught the young ninja with his signature move - the Final Atomic Buster - and meant to kill the blooming fighter with his final slam... But the young ninja seemed to vanish from Zangief's arms. Without warning, the young ninja came crashing down on Zangief with a fearsome fist, and jumped away. Zangief slowly got up, streaked the blood from his skull across his face, and laughed in short breaths. The fight ensued, and all night the two went toe-to-toe. At the breaking of dawn, two officers chanced upon the struggling fighters, and with guns drawn, ended the battle. Both fighters, seeing their fight ruined, walked separate ways, but not before the young ninja tossed his scarf at Zangief. He hopped away towards the rising sun.
Zangief took with him the scarf, meaning to decipher the Japanese characters so elegantly embroidered. One symbol he recognized - "ryu" - but the others were foreign. Zangief was obsessed with that battle, and fell into a sort of lustful love for the young ninja. He never forgot the night he could've lost in battle, and eventually translated the text on the scarf - "Strider Hiryu."
A couple things to clear up about her design that didn't come through perfectly well in the drawing.
Her hair actually consists of two braids, one from each side of her head, they tie together at the top of the lower back, and the bottom of the braids each have a ribbon.
Her left glove is black at the top (the middle of er upper arm), and is then white the rest of the way down.
The shoulder armor piece on her left arm just has those three cylinders ("spikes") in a straight line downwards.
And now, awaiting the criticism. Like someone wondering about her balance.
And in the amount of it's been since I posted that pic, I now present Akuma. I was thinking of writing something or having a symbol on his "loincloth", but wasn't sure what.

Forgot to add, I'm thinking Adidas for Sakura. She never wore school shoes with her school outfit, and if she's going to stray even farther from that she should stick with those.
