If i had to guess for unbalanced composition, it would be the square trimmed bushes, or the light pole that his head cuts off. After sifting through all my photos this one was the only one that worked, and depending on the shots had to ALL be as if in same scene. So if 1 shot was screwed up id have to redo the ENTIRE segment. It worked for the sake of the assignment but isnt one of my favorites.
Division into halves would be an awesome shot, but one of the main problems is i had to always be at normal angle and normal camera height or else the picture would not count. I would have had her a bit more stylistically posed if it wasnt for people at the beach looking at us, and getting close to getting a free show.
These pictures were supposed to be more "screen grab" types then anything, yet when i finished they seem more photo-fashionesque. I can see that already everything ive learned in my language of film class has dramatically improved my photography. Would you agree? What ones did you REALLY like and why.
