This whole metaphysical spiritual bullshit started mostly this season, for first 3 season, it was about people crashed on mysterious island, with others, monsters and fucking polar bears. And now it turned into protecting golden assholes, purgatories and power of love.

Yeah, thats how I felt. I gave up up on this somewhere at the end of 4, and watched mostly out of habit, with dj. I was willing to give it a chance, and really kept my expectations and hopes low. Still the way it got resolved had me mostly laughing, as dj shaked his head with WTF on his face.

I gave up during that random ass break in the middle of season 3 but my girl got my watching again recently in time for this season. Damn her.

Did I miss the part on when did they freed Ben from under that tree? Cause one moment, they were doing the tree rescue, then it cuts to epic Jack vs Flocke battle, then Kate runs out with rifle and Ben follows, just fine after big ass tree slammed him to the ground.
