I agree this episode completely delivered and it looks like the show has a good story arc in place to take us through the rest of the season.

It was a good Hurley episode IMHO, what can I say? They're always funny and uplifting even though Hurley has had a crummy life like anyone else on the show. If it was any other character/situation it would have been dull filler. The flashback between he and Cheech Martin was nicely done with just the right amount of humor and bittersweetness.

I have never watched a Sayid episode that didn't deliver both in flashback and for on island action. The torture story combined with the symbolism between he and the cat was well played. Speaking of well played, the sinking look on Patchey's face when Sayid pulled out the Dharma map was priceless.
Easily the best episode of the season. Very interesting that Dharma and the Others were at war with each other and Dharma lost.

I don't know. Sayid episodes have always been good, but this one wasn't so hot. Better than most this season, but that doesn't say too much.

No sir I do believe you are the crazy one. This was an absolute great episode and I think now most people are complaining just for the sake of doing so. I think most of you wont be satisfied with an episode unless EVERY SECRET IS REVEALED~!!1 But then there wouldn't be any show left. There was quite a bit revealed about Dharma Initiative and you know where there are going things are only gonna pick up from here (well except for maybe the next episode which is a Clarie flashback and they tend to be weak).
Yeah, it was a great episode. As long as the plot moves forward I'm content... the problem is far too many weeks don't really move the plot at all.
This one moved it quite a bit.
