Seems this goon is playing one of the villains.
Best thing Vertigo ever put out, IMO. I really hope they reissue the entire series in a few larger hardcovers sometime.

From the IESB:Crom, I have never prayed to you before. I have no tongue for it. No one, not even you will remember if the people involved in this steaming pile were good men or bad, why they tried to get it made, or how much they were paid. No, all that matters is that the fans really don't want it, that's what's important. Valor pleases you, Crom, so grant me one request, let the axe finally fall on this piece of shit movie! And if you do not listen, then the hell with you!Justice League Crew is Preparing for the Worst

Production department heads tell their crews that this week will determine if Justice League will move forward on time or not.
As we reported last week, Justice League is in trouble and was expected to be delayed until at least April/May, that is if it didn’t get scrapped altogether. It appears that "official" news just might be a few days away.
Talking to a couple of friends that are working on Justice League, they tell me that the crews are all aware of the problems, the cast and script with the latter being the biggest issue are about to put the production on hold.
Crews have been told that if problems don’t get fixed within the next few days, pre-production will come to a halt, a decision is expected by mid-week.
Does Justice League have a salvation? The biggest issue for any movie that is in or will be in production during the WGA strike is the limitation on who can tweak a script. J.J. Abrams has mentioned how difficult it has been with Star Trek and as anyone who has been part of a production knows, re-writes of a shooting script is normal, daily thing to do during production. So is there a way around the strike?
For the last few weeks we have been hearing the certain big studio comic book adaptations may be hiring non-WGA comic book writers to come aboard as producers and/or consultants and that will allow for any minor changes to the script to be done by them or by other non-WGA production staff.
I am sure that any move like this will certainly piss off the Writers Guild and you have to wonder if the studio will move forward with such plans but from what we are hearing, the option is on the table.
Stay tuned, looks like we are in store for a busy week!
I don't know how many people give a fuck about this one either way.

Just got a call from our trusted source in Australia involved with the pre-production of Justice League with an update on its status.
Word came down today that the film is officially on hold. This will be until, at the very least, after the Writers strike has been resolved. Right now it's looking like at least until June.
But for now, WB's Justice League live action movie is on hold!
Late last week, we brought you the news that a decision would be made this week regarding the status of the Justice League production and that the crew was preparing for the worst.
Well, it's a good thing they prepared because the worst has come.
Our source is solid, he's a crew member working directly on the production team down in Australia. He says the big meeting took place yesterday. They've decided on a one-week notice to all of the employees - this is a standard practice in Australian filmmaking as a courtesy when letting people go.
We've heard the crew is already looking for other work. Some crew people are literally twiddling their thumbs waiting for the one-week notice to officially be given out tomorrow. So, starting tomorrow, they've got one week left to go.
Officially the movie has not been cancelled, but put on indefinite hold.
This is confirmed and the news has filtered down to the entire production crew.
That's the latest! We'll keep you updated as it develops!
More good news:Okay, we're in the clear as long as the WGA strike doesn't get settled soon enough for them to fix up the script and rush this thing back into production with another crap cast before the SAG and DGA strikes.UPDATE: Both Variety and The Hollywood Reporter have confirmed that Warner Bros. Pictures let the options lapse on Tuesday for the cast members, which included D.J. Cotrona, Adam Brody, Anton Yelchin, Common, Teresa Palmer and Megan Gale. The studio cited script issues as the one of the causes and the other is that the project needed tax breaks from shooting in Australia.

Why the fuck couldn't it just stay in the ground?!
Also, it seems they might have decided, just for novelty's sake, to do some semi-appropriate casting for the role of J'onn J'onnz.
Proof that the Devil does exist. And he works in hollywood.
