Having played through both games many times in my childhood and a few times in the last couple of months, it's clear that TMNT IV steps all over the face of TMNT II, dirtying it so much that the game becomes almost too painful to touch.
The co-op play and Live Arcade dressings will probably make it worth the $5, but even then, TMNT II just doesn't have much to offer these days besides nostalgia.
Where the hell do you come up with this fucked up numbering you're using? It's TMNT or TMNT the Arcade Game, not TMNT II. It's it's TMNT Turtles in Time, not TMNT IV.
