I enjoyed Condemned, but Silent Hill completely kicks the shit out of it.

SH1 and SH2 were great games, but nothing in the series since has done anything worthwhile and neither has aged well. Condemned isn't as good as SH1 was at release, but it is better than anything the series has done in a long time.

Silent Hill has great (maybe even incredible) atmosphere, but the gameplay sucks. I wanted to like Silent Hill because I love survival horror. I just can't get past how shitty the gameplay is.
