  7. Finally hooked up TVersity and it's fucking awesome. Took a while to figure it out since ffdshow is currently fucked in conjunction with it and I had to figure out how to make my videos not upside-down. Fucking codecs. Totally worth it to have videos streaming in 720p.

    In any case, is there any way to build a buffer of videos? Some of the stuff I want to stream are shows, but I'd like to be able to watch a few episodes in a row instead of taking a break after each episode to let it encode. Would telling it to keep shows in memory for, say, six hours and then open up a couple videos in a row buffer multiple clips?

  8. I seem to figured that out myself, so if anyone cares: As long as TVersity keeps its cache then it doesn't have to reencode, so if you tell it to play the files on your PC it'll store them for whenever you want to see them on the 360 without buffering. Currently testing that to make sure.

    Love it. But I can't compare to the core/premium since this is my first 360. I mean it plays the same games and does the same thing, but got HDMI/1080p capability (which doesn't matter to me b/c my HDTV only do 720p). ElCapitan can do the comparison.

    If you don't have a 360, this is as good a time to get one as any (unless you are deadset on the new chip).
