I have never liked the Dino Crisis franchise (with the slight possibility of the upcoming Gun Survivor game) and DC3 just sounds silly. Dinos in space?

I guess you can only take the time travel/cloning thing so far...oh wait, this is Capcom! *smacks forehead*

The 2nd one. I liked the RE with dino's concept of the 1st game. It worked great. 2nd one was meh.... this 3rd one lookslike Sci-Fi Channel movie quality (Read poor).

I thought both DC games were pretty good, but I enjoyed DC2 more, maybe because of its being more action based than original. First one felt just like RE, and to tell you the truth I prefer zombies to dinos, since I'm not a huge dino fan anyway, and zombies much scarrier. DC2 provided more enemies, weapons, and somewhat of arcade feel, with collectable battle points to use towards new weapon purchasing.

We will still yet to see if DC3 will follow either path of the 2 predecessors, or it will move in completely new direction.

The bad news is that I am a dinosaur fan who wants to see realistic dinosaurs in realistic environments with the only suspension of disbelief being that people and dinosaurs share time. This gane violates all of that in a huge way. Being a fan of the first two games in th series fordifferent reasons, I had high hopes for this one. In fact, this was one of the two biggest reasons I was planning to replace my Xbox this fall.

The good news is that with Panzer Dragoon now the only Xbox game I have to play the rest of this year, I can rent the 'box and the game for $20, rather than shelling out the $200 on the system and supporting M$. More money for Japanese games.

I agree 100%. I am looking foward to Dino Crisis in the 'Hood though... Ice T needs more work!
