Thread: PSP God of War: Chains of Olympus

  1. Yeah, I <3 the GoW series too and loved every second of this game. You can tell this wasnt some quick, shitty, cash run, spin-off title. Some time and effort was really put into it and it shows.

  2. You know I am always afraid that I am going to reset the damn thing when trying to put it in sleep mode. Do you hold it down? or do you push it once?

Yeah, I really dont trust goin into sleep mode either. I'd rather just get to a stopping point and turn it off, but I dont really play my portable games on the go like everyone else either. Just break it out when Im watching a ball game or something.

    But, yeah, press it once.

  4. Found this with a quick google:

    To enter sleep mode:

With the system turned on and a game playing, slide the power/hold switch up. Hold the switch for less than 2 seconds. The power indicator flashes and then turns off, and the system enters sleep mode.

  5. Thanks, I'll start doing that. I would put in a new game some times then the old game would pop up and I would constantly put it back into sleep lol.

you can do that with all games on the psp

  7. Yeah, that's why I said it.

  8. So I picked up the game and I love it so far thanks glass for the help on the quick save I played it all during lunch at work and was able to resume my progress when I got home. <3 I never really played the GOW on the PS2 and this game convinced me to go get the others next check.

  9. Yeah, the game really is great. I'm sure you will love parts 1 and 2 since you've been enjoying this one. I'm curious to see how you enjoy the story after you've finished all 3 since you are playing them out of release order but in chronological order.

  10. I just beat it and I thought it was great. A little shorter then I was hoping for I think my final game time was about 10 to 11 hours. I just got off ebay and bought GoW 1 for $9 so I can't wait to get that in.

So the psp Gow is a prequel? I did not know that.
