I'd personally like to see Hideo Kojima and his team help out Sega with the new Shinobi game. I think a combination like that could pull off something radically new and original with the franchise.
A Smash Bros. type game featuring characters from the Nintendo and Sega universes.
Metroid, Streets of Rage characters, Virtua Fighter characters, hinobi, Mario, Sonic, Link, Donkey Kong etc.
It would be pure heaven.
A role playing game featuring Super Mario and Sonic characters would also be awesome.

Well, For me it would be team of Capcom and Konami to creat great 3d Castlevania adventure in style of DMC, with great character and moster designs, awesome environments and controls. Camera thas works just right and lot of cool magic to use.
It would be awesome, and once and for all show that its possible to make a GREAT 3d game![]()
That was actually Nintendo R&D1, not EAD. It was still a great collaboration though. Wario World could be EAD and Treasure.Originally posted by Frogacuda
My favorite collaborations thus far are Treasure and EAD (Sin and Punishment)
I'd like for Kojima's KCEJ West team to work with Nintendo's Noise team on Custom Robo V3 for gamecube. Make the game more serious, more plot heavy, and keep the same great battle engine. ZOE done right, I suppose.
capcom and treasure.
it'd be cool to have a mega man game that played like gunstar heroes. instead of just shooting and dashing mega man would be able to punch, kick, throw and whatever else treasure decides to add in. pluss a 2 player mode and a six player versus mode like the one found in guardian heroes.
square and enix.
square can work on all the graphical aspects while enix takes care of gameplay. a game that plays like star ocean 2 with graphics like kindom hearts with maybe a valkyrie profile style fighting system and a dragon warrior 7 style class system would be the rpg of my dreams.
oh, i forgot. i'd want koichi sugiyama (dragon quest/warrior composer)to do the soundtrack for the square an' enix game as well. i think he's allot better than uematsu (final fantasy composer) as of late. sugiyama's style has been consistent throughout the years. and his stuff get's better and better.
My one dream collaboration?
Hitmaker and AM2
Okay, so they're both Sega teams... Ah well. Juro Watari and Yu Suzuki. I'd love to see the man behind Virtua Fighter and Shenmue work with the man behind Virtual On and Crazy Taxi.
Suzuki would probably screw it up.![]()
Square and Enix worked together somewhat on Chronotrigger, but I see where you're coming from.
I'd love to see Smilebit and Fresh Games collaborate on some sort of cel-shaded rhythm game that no one would buy. Ever.

I have 2 so here goes.
1. Miyamoto's exact team that worked on SNES Zelda and the full Climax team that worked on Landstalker to create the ultimate Action RPG.
2. The full Super Metroid team(rest Gunpei's soul) and the full Castlevania SOTN team to create a new, ultimate Metroid style game. Think about it.
smilebit + square ... i'd want a really odd futuristic action/rpg that's a bit arcadey in feel
currently playing: gun valkyrie, ocarina of time
