So, I go out with this chick tonight who's very VERY cute and hang out with her for about four hours at a local bar near her neighborhood. We have excellent conversations, very little down time and enjoy each others company. In the interim, while we're talking, one chick mouths to me "You're hot" and she (the chick that I'm with) sees it. Another girl does something similar and I'm still totally into the girl that I'm with.
At the end of the night. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Other than an "I had a good time tonight, etc...". Did the "you're hot" thing negatively affect me? I'm confused - I've been working on this girl for months and finally got it to this point and I have to wonder if she's intimidated by the outside forces.
Yeah, sure, there's an age difference - but that doesn't matter much these days.

Well, the only way to know for sure is to cut out all of the beating-around-the-bush bullshit and ask her straight up what the situation is. If she's sensible and is serious about getting into any type of relationship with you (sexual, emotional, or otherwise), she might just tell you.
