Is anyone elses's 360 patching CONSTANTLY?
Within the last week and a half/two weeks, my 360 is constantly patching games, especially Rainbow 6 Vegas, Dead or Alive 4, Lost Planet, and Gears of War. I don't know if it related or not, but my system is also now crashing more often than ever. I was in the middle of a game of R6V online, and it just stopped. When I got back online, it seems I wasn't the only person who crashed, cause everyone except two people on the players list was offline.
This is really annoying. Is anyone else having this issue? I'm guessing with the R6V thing that it isn't just me, but still, just wanted to see if you guys're having the same problems with any other games.

Sounds like your registry may be corrupted. You may wanna format your hard-drive and see if that fixes it.

mine was doing that too. Seems ok now though. I think Live was fucked up for a bit.

I was getting patches all over the place; then I cleared the cache on my hard drive (which gets rid of all updates, patches and BC files) and after the first re-patch on any game I never got another.
Things run cleaner now too.
