Thread: Nintendo Wavebird magazine ad: brilliant

  1. I was overexaggerating with the three games...unless you play sports games. NBA2k2 takes an entire card. I own 3 Cube games and if I want to save any other games (rentals) I usually have to end up deleting a file to save my game. So the new cards are 20 bucks? And a PS2 card is 35? Isn't the PS2 card more than twice as big still? Some value there.

  2. OK, there is just way too much crap in this thread for me to read. Let me just say that I love my Wavebird and for me it was exactly what I was looking for in a controller and I believe it is the beginning of standard issue 1st party wireless controllers.

As for the Xbox harddrive: How could you not love it? Everybody gets one, and even if it did nothing but save your games that's still huge. No memory cards ever. No running out of save space ever. But it does do more. It lets you encode music. Those two things alone make it complealy worth it. Any game upgrade features is just icing if we ever get it.

Good news for ya. Every part of the controller that your hands touch is molded exactly the same as the standard controller. The extra bulk is compleatly out of the way and you never come into contact with it. You cannot tell what type of controller you are holding if you are not looking at it.

  4. I like my Wavebird.

But I LOVE my hard drive.
