RUMOUR REPORT: Come inside and read from yourself what a member over at NeoGaf had to reveal. He supposedly attended the Nintendo Media Summit and was part of the printing press which was allowed more access to triple-A titles. If even half of what's inside is true then we, Nintendo fans, are in for the greatest gaming generation yet.

I wish I had whatever drug Nintendo is slipping these people.

I think this showed up on GAF the other day, and everyone there called complete bullshit, citing this dude as just another crazy hopeful Nintendo blogger,ie not reliable.

I believe a super paper mario 2 is in the works. I got a questionnaire email about it from nintendo. It was pretty much asking about dislikes and likes about various things in the game.

Metroid Prime 3 is slated to be the final entry in to the Prime series and is meant to carry fans over for quite some time. As such, new missions will become available for download on a regular basis (I have no idea how often a “regular basis” is). In addition, new suits and weapons are also going to be available for download. No detailed information was provided beyond this, but as explained to me, the purpose is to provide an experience that will be “ever evolving and changing so that the game may become entirely new over time.” This aspect of the game was why it was delayed for so long.

I don't remember ever hearing anything about this before. It'd be pretty cool if it were true.

There were some third party games shown but nothing too exciting.

Why am I not surprised?

If that Metroid rumor is true, then Nintendo is going to have a bitch of a time fitting the DLC on the flash memory within the Wii. It would require a separate card, unless of course the assets are already on the game disc, meaning that Nintendo would be pulling an EA and making you buy shot that was already on the disc you bought once.
