    it was thundering so I did cardo at home. I am the the fattest fuck. Trying to remember how to jump rope was the saddest thing. And I can no longer do a push up or sit up. I don't even...Old chunk IP in high school could do those.

    This is not going to be easy.

    Man, I used to be able to tare up a jump rope. Were the ones in high school magic? I know they had beads on them so they had more weight.

  6. Jumping rope is seriously hard, dude. Before I start playing basketball, I do five 30 second bursts of jumping rope in between 60 second rests. So 2.5 minutes of jumping rope in 7.5 minutes and I feel like I'm going to die.

    This is maybe the non-douchiest thread on TNL, as long as you don't come in here posting craziness ('I ain't never hit my max son!'), we all got yo back.

  9. I hit my max so many effin' times. I've been making progress. Diet got a little too carb-focused these summer weeks but I've been keeping up on most of my weekday meals. The best feeling was going in to the local coffee shop I frequent and the two cute barista women asking me if I've been working out.

    For me I'm in the habit now of cooking my meals or thinking smartly. I've also got accustomed to working out on Tues/Thurs even if I'm late coming home or don't feel like it. Thursday I play volleyball until 9:30. When I get home around 10 I always workout for an hour and change no matter what. Keeping appointments to myself is important.

  10. I've noticed my back is a bit sore/in pain when I do pushups and prone bridges. But I do squats all the damn time and nothing. I'm assuming it's form?
